HOW FAR CAN YOU SEE IN THE FUTURE?  WHAT DO YOU SEE?

And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand.”  I Kings 18:44

“I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, saith the Lord, which is and which was and which is to come, the Almighty.”  Revelation 1:8

One morning this week my son and I were setting outside on a picnic table.  The beauty was breathtaking.  The sky was bright blue with a few gorgeous white clouds forming shapes for us to enjoy.  After the clouds passed, there was only heavenly blue.

In a distance we could see a long white trail of smoke behind an airplane.  I realized we were seeing probably 35,000 feet into the sky as the airplane passed by…seven miles up!  Then another airplane above that one trailing a white tail and I wondered if it was 50,000 feet up.  We saw six or seven airplanes that morning.

As I sat meditating after my son went home, I thought of how amazing that we can see so far.  In fact, I couldn’t see some of the airplanes, just the long tail of smoke behind them.

I thought of my God…He sees the end from the beginning.  How awesome is that! Someday when I am with Him I’ll be able to do that.  He will share with me everything He has and everything He can do for He is my Father and will then be my Husband and always my Lord.

God has opened my eyes to the future in a few visions and dreams.  I didn’t realize their value until they came to pass.  These are just some of the reasons I know God loves me and Jesus is my First Love.  He is Lord over all others in my life!

I will enjoy Heaven.

I’m anxious to see all the things God has prepared for me.

Don’t you want to go there?

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16
