From my heart...

We have just ended our Spring Campmeeting in Wolftown, Virginia and what a campmeeting we had!  God visited us morning and night with His precious presence...sweet victory and freedom in the Spirit to worship.  We had several healings take place during worship...God showed up time and time again...with people calling out reports of being healed while we worshipped!  The last night the altars filled with people coming to the Lord and prodigal sons and daughters coming home!  What a beautiful sight!!!! 

The women were so gracious to feed us after each morning service and such food and desserts...we ate until we could eat no more!  Our visitors remarked over and over again of the spirit of love in the church and how welcome they were made to feel by the members of Wolftown Pentecostal Chapel.  Thank you church for being such great hosts and thank you Pastor Jeff for your open door.  We so much enjoyed this campmeeting!  May that revival fire continue to burn!

The week before the campmeeting we were in Walkertown and Wilkesboro, NC and Georgetown, SC and what meetings we had!  God was so faithful to meet with us in each meeting!  Each revival held it's own story of great visitation.  We ended at Pastor Smith's in Wilkesboro for our first time in his church and what a time it was.  Sunday morning was a special visitation and ended with one of the brother's receiving the baptism in the Holy Ghost...what an end to 10 days on the road!

Our 9th Annual Spring Retreat in Pigeon Forge was as usual a special time set aside like no other.  Of all our campmeetings, revivals and tent meetings, this meeting always touches my heart.  I praise God for the unity of the body of Christ and how they flow together to see a move of God for the people!  We have already signed the contract for next year's reservation.  The dates for 2011 will not be during Easter weekend...it will remain the same weekend in April as this year.  March 31-April 2, 2011 will be our 10th Annual Spring Family Retreat.  Make your plans now to attend next year for our 10th anniversary!  It would be so great to see everyone that has ever been to come together with our new friends for a Reunion/Retreat for our 10th!  This year is moved away from the Easter weekend and perhaps will be more convenient for you to attend. 

Now we set our face to Campmeeting in Mt Airy, NC June 24-July 3 of this year.  Mike, Cecil, Ronnie and myself are beginning to prepare for the meeting.  We have reserved the tent lot again behind Big Lots on Hwy 52 and we will be sending our mail out soon with a list of the motels in the area.  You will not want to miss this Campmeeting under the big Gospel Tent...it is a meeting like no other!  Last year we had pastors, evangelists, singers, musicians and friends come from many different areas and join our North Carolina friends for 10 days of preaching, praying, singing, shouting and praising God!  Mark your calendar now for June 24-July and we will see you in less than 60 days!
