From my heart...
We have closed tent season with a report of victory in 2001! We held tent meetings in Mount Airy, NC...Moline, IL...Lanesville, IN and Wilksboro, NC. We report souls saved and many healings as His presence moved through the tent night after night. We would like to thank all the churches that stood with us during our meetings this summer.
Now there is a winter chill in the air and we are back in your churches again. We look forward to seeing our friends and working together this winter to reach the lost at any cost.
We are excited about our first Ladies Winter Retreat in Pigeon Forge, TN, November 29, 30, and December 1. All packets have gone out to our pastors and registration forms have been enclosed in every newsletter. We are pleased to have Lynda Hylton, singer and songwriter from Alabama, coming to lead praise and worship. Her gift of music will lead us into the very presence of God to receive our touch from Heaven! Several local merchants have donated gifts for our door prizes and I have enjoyed shopping for gifts for you myself! I believe this weekend is going to be a life changing time for all of us. I hope to see you there.
Ronnie and I are holding meetings with my brother, Mike Ferree, again this schedule. I feel certain you will enjoy this team effort as we preach and sing into the very presence of God. "And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken." (Ecc. 4:12) For many years people have asked us to hold revivals together, so this is your opportunity to join in on a double-header!
I would also like to thank all of you for the many prayers you have prayed for Ronnie's health as he battled this back condition. He is much better this month and we are rejoicing in good health! God has been so good to us. He has never done us any way but good and we love Him! We love you and appreciate all your kindness to us with your prayers and support. We hope to be with you again real soon in you area!
