September 2007 

 This has been a busy season for Ronnie and me.  We have just returned home from our Annual Camp meeting in Mount Airy, North Carolina.  This was by far our best year yet!  Our crowds were larger this year from the very first weekend with friends traveling from northern Illinois and southern Florida, Midland, Texas and Baltimore, Maryland!
Several pastors joined us as we walked together seeking the visitation of His presence. 

Night after night, we opened service with a season of prayer with each minister seeking His face.  He did not disappoint us but carried us into His heavenly presence night after night.

We were encouraged to see souls saved, lives changed and many reports of healing during the meetings.  His Word encouraged us and His presence filled us until our cup runs over!

 We would like to thank each pastor, evangelist, singer, musician and all our friends for joining with us to make this meeting possible.  Many of you took vacation time to stay the entire week.  Many traveled 10, 12, 14 hours just to be a part of these meetings.  After the lot has been rent and mowed, power pole set, tent up and equipment ready, we need our friends to begin to gather together with high expectations.  You did that and we are so thankful for you.  We pray Camp meeting touched your life as much as it did ours.  We look forward to seeing you again next summer.  Thank you.  We love you.

 Ronnie and I took a week off after Camp meeting to rest and catch up on our work at home.  Ronnie pushed a little too hard and he has been under doctor’s care with his back for the last week.  We are beginning to see improvement after the first several days of walking with assistance.  My brother, Mike, took our meetings in Sylacauga and Leeds, Alabama while Ronnie was down.  We are so blessed to have Mike take our place…and so are the ones that attended those meetings!   Continue to hold Ronnie up in prayer as we go back into revivals this third week of July.  We appreciate all the prayers and calls while we were off this week and will keep you informed of Ronnie’s recovery.

 Our face is set now to our meetings ahead.  We are walking softly to find His will and direction for our meetings.  October will soon be here and we will be mailing packets for our third Fall Camp meeting in Bethel Springs, Tennessee.  Ronnie and I, Mike Ferree and Cecil Hamby join Pastor Marlene Austin and Victory Temple for this special time of year.  There has been a special presence in these meetings every year and we expect the same again this year.  Make plans now to join us in Bethel Springs, just 30 minutes from Jackson, Tennessee October 16-20 for 2 services daily starting with the Wednesday morning service.

 Ladies, mark your calendar for our Ladies Retreat in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee this year.  We will again be at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center on November 15-17 for four power-packed services!  You can watch our Ladies Meetings page on the website for details as we get closer to the meeting.  You won’t want to miss this year!

Keep Ronnie in your prayers as he is receiving spinal decompression treatments for the next six weeks.  He received an MRI that revealed two bulging discs in his lower back.  This treatment is to rebuild the thin discs and pull them back into place.  He is unable to travel with me during these treatments in September and part of October.  We are believing God for a miracle touch that will get him back on the road again.  We covet your prayers and are so thankful for our prayer partners during this time!  We love you.  Thank you.
