FROM MY HEART...

September marks the end of our tent season for another year. Ronnie and I are pleased to report victory in Jesus one more time! Every spring I contemplate our tent season counting the costs. It will mean leaving the end of June and not seeing our home for more than a day or two until the first of September. I love summer…fresh tomatoes, planting flowers, eating breakfast while a variety of birds feed on sunflower seeds and drink from my birdbath, watching hummingbirds drink the nectar from the flowers I have planted, bicycle rides and sitting on the deck watching a summer’s sunset. Then my heart always goes back to this time of year. Summer has almost gone but my heart is so glad to have been under the tent again with such a great report of victory! We saw many lives changed this year. God visited us night after night with His divine presence. Hearts melted, renewed their covenant and caught fire for the days ahead. We saw an increase in men and women battling drugs coming for help this summer. This is my heart. He set me free and I want to see others free! This week when I arrived home the tomatoes were ripe…my nephew had fed my birds, so they were waiting for my return…I have seen a summer sunset from my deck and the hummingbirds have not yet migrated. I am thankful for my return home but not nearly as much as I am thankful for what He did under the tent this year. God has been so very good to us! To be called into the ministry is the greatest joy of my life! It is greater than sunsets, fresh tomatoes, bicycle rides and hummingbirds. We are loading pictures now from our tent meetings in Moline, Illinois and Gadsden, Alabama. We hope you enjoy viewing them as much as we enjoyed the touch of God that came to us this year!

We are now looking into our next endeavor. The 2nd Annual Ladies Winter Retreat will be November 21-23 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center. I hope you are already making plans to attend! Lasst year we had 190 women and God visited us in a mighty way! I anticipate a greater outpouring of His Spirit this year! We will have four power-packed services, a lunch together Friday afternoon with time in between services for sight-seeing and outlet shopping in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Lynda Hylton will again lead our praise and worship. I know you will enjoy this time of renewal and refreshing with women of God from across America! Check our bulletin page for details or email your address to trammellministry@aol.com to receive a newsletter along with a registration form.

Ronnie and I have missed being in your churches this summer and are now excited about returning to our regular winter schedule. Watch our schedule to see when we are going to be in your area. We have concerts, ladies meetings and revivals in new areas and are returning to our same areas excited about worshipping with you again. Please keep us in your prayers as we search for ways to better carry this glorious gospel of Jesus Christ!

In His Service,

Ronnie & Becky Trammell
