Since my last post, there have been a few changes. The Ramada has changed hands and now is known as the Evergreen Smoky Mountain Lodge. The phone number to reach the front desk is 865-453-1823. Any reservations that were made through Ramada up to this point have been transferred to Evergreen.
All the rooms at Evergreen are booked and we are now booking at the Creekstone Inn and River’s Landing. To make reservations, you still call 1-800-523-3919 and ask to speak to Missy. She will handle your reservations for November 7-9. The entire Creekstone is being blocked for us until October 1. If you make your reservations before then, we can fill the Creekstone with only our ladies!
To register, fill out your form on the website and it will send you to paypal to pay the $30 registration fee. Just filling out the form does not register you until we receive the paypal notification. Early registration ends on October 1 and registration will become $40 after that time including at the door. Make plans to register early to help us prepare for your arrival!
