We are having our 26th Ladies Winter Retreat in a new venue this year! We have secured the Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center at light #6 just behind Cheddar's Restaurant.
The Convention Center is inside the hotel and far enough away from the lobby and rooms to give us our privacy as we worship. However, no more driving at night after service back to your motel room! Just catch the elevator and head upstairs!
You can book your room now without making a deposit. Your card will be charged the day before your arrival. Call 1-865-428-2700 and mention He Died for Me for your group rate. Our block of rooms is already half filled and this motel fills up very quickly so reserve your room today!
Also, they offer a breakfast buffet each morning. There is a pool, a fire pit, and many areas to sit and fellowship in between services.
This year's dates are November 12-14, 2026. The 1st service will begin at 7:30PM to allow time for those traveling. Friday services are 10am & 7pm. Saturday 10am will be the final service.
We will again have the Coffee & Devotion on Friday morning at 8:30am in the Convention Center. If you would like to join us and do a mug exchange, make plans now. Insert your name & address in the gift bag with your mug. You will take home a mug with a lady to pray for this year. We are creating prayer partners! The ladies have requested including your address so they can communicate during the year!
Registration is $40 until September 1 and then becomes $50. On November 1 registration goes to $60. You can also register at the door for the $60 registration fee. Any registrations that are not received by November 8th will have to be done at the door.
Children 10 and under do not pay a registration fee but I need their first name and age as we have prepared a small gift for them. I will not have the table set up for the children to color this year in this new location. Children will need to stay with their Mom as we will not have additional space like we have had before.
Ronnie will again be joined with the Moyer Family along with Jeff, Aubrey & Leslie leading us in worship.
Dallas Vines will be with us again with a powerful word from the Lord. She has been with us since our 1st year and we always looks forward to what she has to share with us!
Pat Moyer always has an on-time word for us on Saturday morning. She makes us laugh, she makes us cry and we always worship! She has been with us since the 1st year also and when Sister Gaddis could no longer attend, she took her Saturday morning spot! You won't want to miss this service!
Tammy will be with us again to make your professional group photos. We will provide you a coupon for one photo and also provide a selfie backdrop for your additional pictures.
As always, I have several beautiful door prizes already prepared for you...Vera Bradley, Grove, an oil painting by Cindy, several gift baskets and 3 different sets of Christmas dishes.

Also, if your church does not receive a packet with a color flyer to post and several registration forms included, email me your address and I will be happy to get your packet in the mail!
