We are excited to announce that we are planning our 25th Anniversary Ladies Winter Retreat in Pigeon Forge. We have reserved the Smoky Mountain Convention Center, 4010 Parkway, Pigeon Forge and are so excited to gather again this year!
We are planning several exciting things for our big "25" and soon will be releasing this year's theme and the design for this year's theme tshirt! You can follow on here or at the morning devotion for updates as we get closer to November!
This year's dates are November 6-8, 2025. The 1st service will begin at 7:30PM to allow time for those traveling. Friday services are 10am & 7pm. Saturday 10am will be the final service.
We will again have the Coffee & Devotion on Friday morning at 8:30am in the Convention Center. We will have a coffee & tea station set up along with Krispy Kreme donut holes & snacks for you to enjoy while listening to the devotion. If you would like to join us and do a mug exchange, make plans now. Insert your name in the gift bag with your mug. You will take home a mug with a lady to pray for this year. We are creating prayer partners!
Due to the increase in the cost of the Convention Center, the registration fee is $40 until September 1st. After that, the registration will be $50. Children 12 and under need not pay a registration fee but I need their first name and age as we have prepared gifts for them.
Creekstone & River's Landing have given us a group rate if you mention He Died for Me Ministries. Creekstone has 2 queen beds, River's has 2 king beds. They also offer kitchenette rooms. Call 1-800-523-3919 to make reservations.
Ronnie will be joined with the Moyer Family along with Heritage Band and Jeff Vaughn again this year. They are such a blessing and lead us into amazing worship.
Pat Moyer always has an on-time word for us on Saturday morning. She makes us laugh, she makes us cry and we always worship!
As always, I have several beautiful door prizes already prepared for you...Vera Bradley, Longaberger, Thirty one, Bath & Body Works along with several sets of Christmas dishes for Saturday's grand prize!

If you would like to have a registration form rather than registering online, email me your address and I can send your registration form to you through email for you to print or I will be happy to mail you a form. Also, if your church does not receive a packet with a color flyer to post and several registration forms included, email me your address and I will be happy to get your packet in the mail!
