We have ended our Winter Family Retreat in Sebring Florida. It was such an amazing time in the presence of the Lord!
We had friends fly in, drive in, bring campers from North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia and from cities all over Florida.
We are so thankful for the Moyer Family joining us to sing and play music. Also Jeff Vaughn, Aubrey Sims, Harry King were such an asset on the keyboard, bass and drums! Of course, I have to mention my all time favorite guitar player and singer….Ronnie Trammell. He is so faithful to set up, tear down, sing, play and anything else that needs to be done.
We are thankful for The Ministry Center for hosting the Retreat, for the wonderful ladies that cooked, served, brought amazing soup and desserts both nights. Thank you to Cindy Wells for making our fellowship hall so special with the beautiful decorations. Thank you to Debbie Rutledge for organizing the ladies and seeing that it all ran like a fine oiled machine.
Thank you to Melissa Vaughn for being my right hand….using the square, selling our products, and making the best hot dog chili EVER!
Thank you Dennis Rutledge for running the sound, making us sound good and blending 7 singers, 1 keyboard, a bass, 3 guitars and drums!
It truly takes a village to have a Retreat and we have an amazing village!
It was so refreshing and heart warming to see our old friends come to share from their well…pastors and evangelists bringing a word for us!
Now we set our face to April 30th for the Spring Family Retreat in Aiken South Carolina with the Moyer Family at Bible Faith. Mark your calendar for April 30-May 2 and join us Thursday 7pm, Friday 10am & 7pm, Saturday 10am. We will also do devotion at the church at 8:30 so join us and bring a mug to exchange!
